Dress Zone strives to keep all product information on our website accurate and up to date. However, there may be instances where typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate descriptions occur unintentionally. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. Product Information & Attributes
We make every effort to display product attributes — including color, fabric composition, size, and fit — as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Any minor discrepancy between the product image and the actual product is unintentional.
Note: All clothing products come with a care label attached inside. Please follow the washing and usage instructions on the label. Dress Zone is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT as per the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a pricing error due to typographical or technical issues, Dress Zone reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until the correct price is updated.
For online payments, we use secure payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed through our website or social media channels are processed after confirmation from our customer care team.
- We will contact you via phone to confirm your order before processing it for delivery.
- No monetary refund is provided for paid orders. In such cases, we offer store credit or exchange solutions as deemed appropriate.
- Due to system errors or stock unavailability, Dress Zone reserves the right to cancel any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- In certain unavoidable circumstances, Dress Zone may request advance payment to process and deliver your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We prioritize fast and secure delivery of your orders. After an order is placed and confirmed by our team, it is prepared and shipped to your doorstep.
- Inside Mohadevpur / Local Area: Free delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Dhaka Metropolitan Area: Delivery fee 100 BDT, delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee 130 BDT, delivery within 5-7 business days.
Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
6. Stock Availability
Many of our products are handmade or produced in limited quantities. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, stock is not always guaranteed. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or exchange.
7. Sales & Discount Offers
- During sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Stock availability is not assured during sales, even after order confirmation, due to quality checks or unforeseen issues.
- Discount products are not eligible for return or exchange.

১. সতর্কীকরণ
ড্রেস জোন পণ্যের তথ্য যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করে। তবে টাইপোগ্রাফিক বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে যেকোনো ভুল সংশোধনের অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
২. পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য
পণ্যের রঙ, কাপড়, সাইজ এবং ফিটিং যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুলভাবে দেখানোর চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙের সামান্য তারতম্য স্বাভাবিক।
বি.দ্র: প্রতিটি পোশাকের ভিতরে যত্ন সংক্রান্ত লেবেল রয়েছে। লেবেল অনুযায়ী পোশাক ব্যবহার ও ধোয়ার জন্য গ্রাহক দায়ী।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত এবং বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী ভ্যাট প্রযোজ্য।
৪. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
- আমাদের গ্রাহক সেবা প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরই তা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ শুরু হয়।
- নগদ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না। ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা স্টোর ক্রেডিট প্রদান করা হয়।
- স্টক না থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
৫. ডেলিভারি
- স্থানীয় এলাকা: বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি, ১-২ কার্যদিবস।
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১০০ টাকা, ২-৪ কার্যদিবস।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা, ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস।
৬. আইনি নোটিশ
